Programs
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Mat time, consistency, and repetition. You do not have to be strong or a super athlete. You don't have to be big. If you put the time in, train regularly, and drill your techniques until they are as natural as breathing, then you will go far. The most important thing in your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training is showing up. We can teach you all the technique there is to know, but you won't master those techniques until you've drilled them a thousand times. Put your time in on the mat and you will see results; you will get better. There is no secret formula or crazy strategy. It is simple: like any sport or athletic activity, practice makes perfect.
NO-GI Jiu Jitsu
In order to improve your game you need technique, theory and principals that will unleash your ability and allow you to make steady progress.
The NO-GI Jiu-Jitsu (Submission Wrestling) class is probably the oldest program that our curriculum has to offer. It is a combination of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Catch Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, Pankration, Shooto, Luta Livre, and grappling.
BEGINNER'S BJJ
This easy to follow 60 min class allows an individual to come in and practice techniques under the supervision of a qualified instructor that is going to walk a student step by step through the moves required to set up submissions, sweeps, take downs, transitions, and more. The class allows individuals of all stages in the game. Either beginner or advance- You will benefit from fundamentals!!!
Little Warriors
Our Little Warriors program introduces children ages 4 to 6 to the exciting world of martial arts through fun, movement, and positive energy! Each class helps young students build confidence, focus, and coordination while learning the importance of respect, teamwork, and self-control. Through playful drills and simple techniques, kids develop strong bodies and sharp minds — setting the stage for success in and out of the dojo. It’s more than martial arts — it’s a fun adventure in confidence, discipline, and growth!
Kids BJJ
Our Kids program is all about empowering kids ages 6 to 14 with the skills, confidence, and focus they need to thrive — both on and off the mats! Through fun, high-energy classes and repetition of proven martial arts techniques, our students learn how to stay calm, think clearly, and take control in any situation. More than just self-defense, LKids builds discipline, respect, and real-world confidence — helping your child stand tall in everything they do.
Judo
Judo is many things to different people. It is a fun sport, an art, a discipline, a recreational or social activity, a fitness program, a means of self-defense or combat, and a way of life. It is all of these and more.
Kodokan Judo comes to us from the fighting system of feudal Japan. Founded in 1882 by Dr. Jigoro Kano, Judo is a refinement of the ancient martial art of Jujutsu. Dr. Kano, President of the University of Education, Tokyo, studied these ancient forms and integrated what he considered to be the best of their techniques into what is now the modern sport of Judo.
Bootcamp
Our Bootcamp program is a strength and conditioning program that helps prepare our members for overall better performance.
Open Mat
We like to think that our academy is more like a home to you than just a school. For your convenience we have open mat 7 days a week usually between classes. This means you can get a training partner that is available or even get one of the instructors. You can even have them put you through a couple of workout drills and techniques drills, but the mat is yours for your own creative imagination. This means you could even come in and sleep which is not a common practice here. Remember, in order to be hard you must train hard.
